JUDGES CRITIQUES

BEST IN SHOW
Supreme Ch. & NZ Grand Ch. Beauideal Midnight Rush

Very appealing dog, particularly on the move where he shows very strong reach and drive. He is well balanced with very good conformation and angulation throughout. He shows good breed type and correct coat.
Would prefer the head a little longer but overall a very good quality dog.

RUNNER-UP BEST IN SHOW Ch. Ambermoon Heat Of The Night

He has a very nice outline and moves quite smoothly. Appealing head and expression. Very good bone. Very well presented with a lovely coat. A very good quality dog.

BABY IN SHOW Rawuch My Blue Secret

Pretty blue merle.
Nicely balanced. Overall, feminine, nice head & expression.

Moves quite well, although I would like to see her a little bit stronger in front.

OPPOSITE BABY IN SHOW Rawuch Electric Blu Turbo

Beautiful outline on this baby. Lovely neck, topline, and turn of stifle. Moves quite well going around the ring.Very good ear set, but skull receding and head a little overdone for his age.

MINOR IN SHOW Tesskatel Rockabilly Rebel

A promising puppy.
He has quite a nice outline with good proportions and moves quite well.
Nice turn of stifle, good tail.
His head is a little thick through the backskull and would like to see his ear-set a bit closer.

OPPOSITE MINOR IN SHOW Prissington Princess Pollyanna

A little nervy today, not comfortable with her surroundings on the day, but has promise. Quite feminine. Her ears are a little low at the moment, but they may come up. She needs to move in a more relaxed fashion.

JUNIOR IN SHOW Kilwarrin Run To Paradise

Quite an appealing dog in overall type and balance.
Sweet expression, nicely rounded muzzle. Would like to see a little less stop. Good ear placement.
Would like to see a little more neck and more extension and drive on the move. Well coated and should mature nicely.

OPPOSITE JUNIOR IN SHOW Maliddie Mi Belle Chanelle

A really mixed class of very diverse type.
My winner was was probably all round the best mover and my overall choice. She is a little heavy in ear, and the stop is rather deep.

INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW Ch. Ambermoon Heat Of The Night

A tight decision in this class.
Ultimately this boy out-performed the second dog.
He has a very nice outline and moves quite smoothly. Appealing head and expression. Very good bone. Very well presented with a lovely coat. A very good quality dog.

OPPOSITE INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW Louanda Divine Miss

Very compact, quality bitch with good conformation and sound movement. Very nice expression, with a lovely eye and ear carriage.
Would like a little more length in head.

AUSTRALIAN BRED IN SHOW Ch. Gavend C My Illusion

A clear winner in this class. Very good type and well balanced. He has a good head, with correct expression and correctly shaped and placed eye. Would like to see a little more angulation and a lower tail set.

OPEN IN SHOW

OPPOSITE OPEN IN SHOW
Ch. Inneslake Ooh La La

Very nice type. Good mover. Clear winner in this class

VETERAN IN SHOW
Supreme Ch. Gavend Whispers Ov Gold

Beautiful outline.
Lovely working dog style of sheltie with a really nice topline and turn of stifle. Moves with good extension and drive.
Would like to see a much more refined skull.

OPPOSITE VETERAN IN SHOW Grand Ch. Rayora Stylish Oak

A dog nearly 10 years old. Still in very good condition.
Movement in hind quarters is not quite as strong as it could be. I would like to see more reach of neck, length of body, and a little
more angulation throughout.
But he is a nice type of dog and very attractive.

NEUTER IN SHOW
Supreme Ch. & Neuter Ch. Lyndream Strictly Speaking

Beautifully presented.
Well balanced.
Good mover.
Would like to see him more refined in head, but overall a lovely sheltie.

OPPOSITE NEUTER IN SHOW
Neuter Ch. Tesskatel Missy Higgins

Very feminine, with sweet expression.
Would like to see a more refined skull, and a stronger front. When she moves out, she covers the ground well.
